Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the platform — including edge delivery, segmentation, and all integrations. Starter plan access is also available during the trial period if you want to evaluate the base tier.

What counts as a "tested visitor"?

A tested visitor is any unique visitor who is included in at least one active experiment during the billing month. Visitors who land on pages with no active experiments do not count toward your quota. The Webyn dashboard shows your current tested-visitor count in real time so you can plan accordingly.

How does Webyn handle data security and GDPR?

All data is processed and stored on AWS eu-west-3 (Paris). Visitor identifiers are pseudonymous hashes — no names, emails, or device IDs are stored. Webyn is fully cookieless by default; if you use consent mode, experiment data is only collected after a visitor grants analytics consent. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request for all plans.

Can I switch plans mid-billing cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Active experiments are not interrupted by a plan change, though new experiments may be paused if the new plan's concurrency limit is exceeded.

How long does setup take?

Installing the Webyn SDK takes under five minutes — it's a single async script tag. Running your first experiment takes about 20 minutes using the visual editor. For enterprise deployments with custom event schemas or CDN integration, our team provides a guided onboarding session typically lasting two hours.
