We build the testing infrastructure that growth teams wish they had three years ago.
Vincent Oliveira spent four years running growth at a Paris-based e-commerce company with 800,000 monthly visitors. The team had a respectable A/B testing program: 3–5 tests per month, a dedicated analyst, and a standard testing tool that everyone in the industry used.
The problem was the wait. Each test needed 3–4 weeks to reach statistical significance. By the time a winner was declared, the original hypothesis was often stale — the product had changed, the campaign had ended, or the engineering team had moved on. The team was running 40 tests per year instead of 200.
Vincent left in 2022 to build what he described as "a testing platform that doesn't make you wait for the numbers to cooperate." He recruited two former colleagues with backgrounds in Bayesian statistics and frontend infrastructure, and Webyn shipped its first customer deployment in early 2023.
Today Webyn processes experiments for growth teams across Europe. Sharpstone Capital led the €2.5M Seed Round in 2024 to accelerate product development and expand the team.
Sharpstone Capital is a European VC focused on early-stage B2B software companies, with a particular interest in France-based founders building for the European market. The firm has backed 18 companies since 2019 across SaaS, MarTech, and developer tools. Sharpstone invested €2.5M in Webyn's Seed Round in 2024, backing the team's thesis that A/B testing infrastructure needs a fundamental statistical overhaul — not just a better UI.
Conversion optimization is an empirical discipline. We build tools that replace "I think" with "the data shows." Every product decision at Webyn goes through the same testing process we sell.
Running losing variants costs real money. Every day a bad variant gets 50% of traffic is a day of lost conversions. That's why we prioritize algorithms that minimize regret — not just time-to-significance.
Personalization experiments should not require building a surveillance profile of your visitors. Webyn is designed so that the best tests require no PII at all.
We publish our SDK publicly, document our edge delivery architecture, and give engineers direct access to raw experiment data. Black-box optimization platforms lose developer trust. We don't want to.
Talk to the team directly. We're happy to walk through the architecture or show you the product on your own pages.
